It makes an excellent reference. I, myself, having met and learned my Reiki from David Jarrell cannot speak more highly of anyone than I would of him. He embodies his work and is a patient teacher. His book conveys his confidence in what he understands Reiki to be. A "must-have" for all those who aspire to understand Reiki and incorporate it into their lives.
